The Most Luxurious Commercial Jet in the World
Crystal Air Cruises has launched what are being dubbed as the most luxurious commercial flights ever. Flights will start in autumn 2017. Crystal Cruises has been around for 25 years now and offers a range of luxurious trips around the world on their ships and smaller private flights. The commercial planes are a new addition to their fleet, and they pair up with other luxury companies in the form of hotels and restaurants to make your holiday the most indulgent possible. There is a range of flights available and with a price tag of US$50,000 for a 14-day trip, you would expect them to be the best.
Inside the newly purchased Boeing 777, customers will find plush, five-star décor, with a roomy seating area. If you need to nap between destinations you can sleep like a baby in one of the 84 armchair style seats that fold back into flat beds. The seats are arranged in pairs as the company is hoping that its clients will in the main be couples. There are plenty of blankets and pillows, and if you like the quiet, you can pop on a set of Bose noise-canceling headphones. If you need to freshen up, there are spacious bathrooms stocked with luxury scented items from Italy. There are large flat screen televisions and free global Wi-Fi, so you don’t miss out on anything important.
On top of the above, the plane has its own restaurant and a fully-stocked bar. The menu is Michelin-star rated and should prove delightful as you wing on your way across the skies. There are plenty of qualified staff to smooth your trip, including a butler to welcome you on board the plane.
This style of flying is not just geared at the wealthy, but also those who don’t like transferring planes and want everything catered for, so there’s no planning needed by themselves. This is your plane for the duration of the trip as it wings you from one fabulous destination to another. While you sleep snug in the hotel, the plane will be freshened up for your return, and off you go again to the next destination.
The Boeing is a large plane, and it is limited as to where it can land, but any destination with an international route will be able to receive the plane and guests without any problem. It has been a project that Crystal has been working on for some time, and it opens up a unique niche market.
