Getting into the wilderness is always based on the same goal. Whether you prefer hardcore boots, trekking poles or just a pair of sneakers and a water of bottle, your hike has the same purpose.

Being on a wilderness hiking trail is amazing for many reasons. Getting close to Nature’s most spectacular places, enjoying majestic views and understanding the art of hiking. Ultimately we just want to get closer to nature and enjoy the outdoors, to get fresh air into our lungs and celebrate life.

The United States is a country with a huge number of National Parks and reserves where you can find hiking trails of all types.

Queens Garden/Navajo Loop Trails, Bryce Canyon, National Park, Utah

The Queens Garden and Navajo Look Combination Trail has been called “the best 3-mile hike in North America. All passionate hikers and local rangers love this trail because you get to see the world’s most surreal landscapes.

The twisting red rocks seem like an endless journey in some parallel universe. The trail is moderate in difficulty and it will take three hours to hike.

It’s a favored trail among US hikers, but it also receives lots of visits from foreign hiking enthusiasts.

Cascade Canyon Trail begins at Jenny Lake where the Grand Teton reflects its beauty. It depends on you if you like to walk to the head of the trail or take a boat ride across the lake. Once on the trail, you’ll get to walk above the majestic Hidden Falls, pass through Inspiration Point and admire the view of Jenny Lake from up there.

You will find an easy-level path alongside the canyon. People who can’t walk long distance can take one of the park’s hop-on-hop buses.

Angel’s Landing, Zion National Park, Utah

If you like steep cliffs and are not afraid of heights, then this is the trail for you. Angel’s Landing trail runs along a narrow ledge until it ends at the peak of a 5,785-foot rock formation.

Visitors love this trail because of the stunning view of Zion Canyon that you can see from the perch. Because of the slippery footing (even in dry weather) this hike lasts for about five hours.
